’02-‘05 -Citywide Furniture: (Queens/Long Island, N.Y.) Title: Customer Service Rep.
Responsibilities: Clerical and administrative duties as well as forming friendships with our customers to get to know their needs better and communicate properly which was especially helpful in key situations.
’05-’07 -Fed Ex Kinko’s: (Cherry Hill, N.J./Brooklyn, N.Y.) Title: Associate/ Senior Project Coordinator
Responsibilities: Greeting and helping customers place orders, use office machines. After the promotion I was responsible for the production and timing of all orders as well inventory, customer service on a local and account level and managed a small team of associates.
’08-’09 -Bed Bath & Beyond: (Cherry Hill, N.J.) Title: Associate
Responsibilities: To utilize my customer service skills to help brides to be and other customers create, shop for and fill registries. Assist the customer’s and learn detailed product knowledge to better serve the customer. Knowledge of computer POS systems, packaging, maintaining the Fine China and Bridal desk and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities: To post and modify advertisements and occasionally speak with customers, on a part time level.
